Sometimes, the best partnerships are born from instinct. When two passionate food lovers crossed paths, something just clicked. It didn’t take long to see they shared more than a love for cooking — they shared a vision. A vision to bring people together around the fire, to celebrate flavor, culture, and tradition.

That’s how The Asado Signature was born. It fuses the soul of open-fire cooking with the finesse of culinary heritage. It’s tradition elevated by passion, and passion inspired by heart.

The Asado Signature is a one-of-a-kind culinary experience
that brings people together with fire, food, and culture.

It all starts at the grill, where our grill master (parrillero) cooks premium cuts of meat over open flame using traditional Argentinian techniques — this is what we call ‘Asado’.

As the fire works its magic, we share the stories, rituals,
and history behind the Asado, making the meal as much about connection as it is about flavour.

The Asado Signature was born from that culture – from the idea that great food has the power to connect people and turn any gathering into something memorable.

Inspired by this tradition and by a deep passion for live-fire cooking, Kevin Uthurralt created The Asado Signature to offer something beyond traditional catering: a culinary experience built around fire, flavour and connection.

By combining the authenticity of Argentinian asado with the refinement and influence of French culinary culture, every event becomes an opportunity to gather, celebrate and create unforgettable moments around the table.
